Carole King music is classic and spellbinding. She wrote songs for other people that you never knew she wrote, but the ones she recorded for herself are timeless and unique. Take Will You Love Me Tomorrow; it’s the biggest hit by the Shirelles in the early sixties, but Carole recorded it for her Tapestry album, arguably one of the best cover to cover albums in Rock and Roll history, and it’s on my countdown because it reminds me of my sweet and beautiful mother.
